At Simple Sugars, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our all-natural products, items must be at least half full to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
